✨ We are SO excited to be back in classes next week! ✨ We’ve got lots of lovely new gymnasts and dancers trialing with us and we can’t wait to welcome both new and familiar faces back into the academy. What an amazing day for our very first in-house gymnastics competition at GADA 🩵 We had over 100 gymnasts take part and it was such a joy to see them all shine. The confidence it takes to get up in front of judges and a crowd is huge – and the focus, creativity and energy they all showed from ,4-14 years old, made us so proud. This wasn’t just about competing, it was also about fundraising for our new overhead heating system and together we managed to raise an incredible £2983!! 🎉 Thank you so much to everyone who helped make that possible. A few special thank yous… ✨ To our brilliant judges Tracey, Jack & Erin – you were fabulous and made the children’s first ever competition so enjoyable. ✨ To our wonderful coaches Lesley, Bex, Ruby & Maisie for supporting the children on their apparatus all day. ✨ To Jon, Steve & Ben for keeping the BBQ going and everyone fed between rounds. ✨ To Rosie on the welcome desk and raffle, and to Lesley & Bex for running the tuck shop. ✨ To Coleman’s Cones & Coffee for bringing the best ice cream van! 🍦 ✨ To The @theredlionmanningtree for saving us at the last minute with a microphone – lifesaver! ✨ And a very special thank you to our own family, who work so hard behind the scenes and are always there to support us.
